PosseChat accounts are created and managed by your organization's workspace administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you cannot sign in, have forgotten your credentials, or need your account details changed or removed, contact your organization's administrator first. If you don't know who that is, email us and we will help you find the right contact.
On first launch the App asks for your organization's server address. This is provided by your organization (for example on your invitation). Enter it, then sign in with the credentials your administrator issued.
To report an objectionable message, long-press it in the App and choose "Report to admin." Reports go to your organization's workspace administrators. See our Terms of Use for the zero-tolerance policy that applies to all workspaces.
