PosseChat Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026 · NeuralNest Limited

PosseChat ("the App") is provided by NeuralNest Limited ("we," "us") as a business collaboration tool for our enterprise customers. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and your choices.

PosseChat is a business-to-business enterprise application. Each customer organization runs its own PosseChat workspace on server infrastructure designated by that organization, and your account is created and managed by your organization's workspace administrator. There is no public sign-up. PosseChat is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, the general public or children.

The App does not request device location, and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Your workspace data (account information, messages, files) is stored on your organization's own PosseChat workspace server — infrastructure selected and controlled by your organization, not a shared public service operated by us. Your organization determines where that server runs and who administers it.

AI features

PosseChat workspaces include AI agents that participate in chats and workflows. When an AI agent processes a message, document, or task, that content is sent to a third-party AI model provider for processing. Which provider(s) are used is selected and configured by your organization as part of its own workspace deployment — provider choice is per-organization, and your organization's administrator can tell you which provider(s) your workspace uses. Content processed this way is not used to train AI models.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Because each workspace is operated for a single organization, retention of workspace content is governed by that organization's own policies. Your account and its data can be deactivated or removed by your organization's workspace administrator. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your organization's administrator in the first instance; you can also reach us at max@neuralnest.info and we will assist, including coordinating deletion with your organization where applicable.

Data transmitted to Apple

To deliver push notifications, your device's notification token is sent to Apple's push notification service, as required for any iOS app that sends notifications. Apple's handling of that token is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Your choices

Security

The App connects to workspace servers over HTTPS by default. Transport security for a given workspace is configured by the organization operating that workspace's server.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
