These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PosseChat mobile application ("the App"), provided by NeuralNest Limited. By using the App you agree to these Terms. Your organization may additionally publish its own workspace policies, which apply alongside these Terms.
PosseChat is an enterprise collaboration client that connects to a workspace operated for your organization. Your account is provisioned by your organization's workspace administrator; there is no public sign-up. Your access may be modified or revoked by your organization at any time.
PosseChat workspaces are professional environments. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including but not limited to: harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any person; discriminatory or hateful content; sexually explicit material; content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights; and spam or deliberately disruptive behavior.
Every message in the App provides a "Report to admin" action. Reports are routed to your organization's workspace administrators, who are responsible for reviewing reports and acting on them in a timely manner — including removing content and deactivating the accounts of users who violate this policy. Violations may result in immediate loss of access.
Content you create in a workspace (messages, files, records) belongs to you and/or your organization per your organization's own policies and your employment or engagement terms. We claim no ownership of it. AI agents in your workspace may process workspace content to perform their tasks, as described in our Privacy Policy; such content is not used to train AI models.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your organization's internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it to build a competing service.
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. Workspace availability, data handling, and administration are the responsibility of the organization operating your workspace.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
